Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
you need to initiate a replacement/refund request by sending a mail to hello@bagelly.in and providing all necessary details and an unboxing video of the product received within 48 hours of the delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [contact information]. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The company does not cover any shipping charges.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. The company does not cover any shipping fees in case of a return.

Refund/Replacement

All acceptable returns are refunded or replaced once the products arrive at our warehouse and are checked, which takes about 10-15 business days. If the return is due to a sizing issue, we offer a replacement of the correct size. In case of defects, there is a complete refund credited back to your account.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will refund the amount to the bank account details provided by you within 10-15 business days. You must provide a copy of a cancelled cheque to verify the bank details.

For prepaid orders, we will refund the amount to the source account within 15 business days.

In case a store credit is required, it can be generated the same day in the form of a coupon code.

Please note that all exchange items are subject to the availability of stock at the time the order reaches our warehouse. If the exchange item is out of stock, we can only offer a refund.

Failed Quality Check

If a product fails our quality check during the refund/exchange process, no refund or exchange will be made. However, upon the customer's request, we will ship the returned item back to the customer's address, with a nominal charge of INR 100 to be paid in advance.

All replacement requests received within 48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video, will be verified within 2 working days. If eligible for replacement, we will pick up the product from you within a few days. Once received, we will take two further days to evaluate the product. Upon being satisfied that the product is unused and in original condition, your replacement request will be processed, and the product will be delivered to you shortly.
